It's Knee Bending Season! Time for SQUATOBER! The SQUATOBER Express Challenge is 31 Days with 3 Express Workouts given each week to try! Looking for fresh ways to stay in shape? Join to get a month of express workouts that are each less than 15 minutes. Participants will receive a calendar with the workouts. You will have three workouts each week to try focusing on a different variation of the squat using interval training. An express workout is fast enough to squeeze in over your lunch break. It’s simple enough to do from home, a park or almost anywhere. Use these four weeks of workouts to freshen up your regular routine & get some new ideas to strengthen your booty & core.
