Consistent Action Creates Consistent Results. This is the key to success and is true for anything we do in life, not just in our fitness routines.
One of the major challenges we all face is sticking with something, right? Especially if we don't like it. Sometimes, consistency does mean doing things you don't want to do but why I recommend finding something you enjoy when it comes to your workouts. If you like it, you're more likely to stick with it. There's no "best" workout. The best workout is the one you like, enjoy, and are excited to do.
I remember not being able to do a single pull-up for many years, but I was HUNGRY to learn! I started with Bar Hangs then progressed to Assisted Pull-ups to Kip-Ups until I finally was able to control the movement up and down to do a strict Pull-Up. This didn't happen overnight. This was years of consistency and building up the muscles to be able to perform the movement.
Remember, your body is resilient, now convince your mind of that too.
If you're new in your fitness journey, try out different formats. There are so many options - Pilates, Barre, HIIT, Yoga, Dance, Rebounding, CrossFit, Strength Training, Running, Walking, Sports Conditioning, Zumba, the list goes on and on and with virtual fitness, you can do them all from your home!
You don't have to be extreme, just consistent - aim for 30 minutes, 3-5 days per week of exercise you love!
