After our 20+ & 23+ mile bike rides this AM, we needed some calories to refuel our bodies!
The crust for the pie is a high protein recipe combining Naked Nutrition protein powder, lots of healthy fats, & olive oil! See below for recipe to try!
The filling is a mixture of whole fruits, @maskalteff grains, extract, juice, & stevia.

Healthy & High Protein Crust Recipe: 1/8 tsp sea salt Dash of Stevia 2 Tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts 2 Tbsp Oats 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds 40g Flax Seed Grain 40g Naked Nutrition Brown Rice Protein Powder 20g Naked Nutrition Pea Protein Powder 20g Maskal Teff Flour Spices for flavor, I use ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, & nutmeg 25g Sciabica's Olive Oil Orange & Butter Oils
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and place in a pie tin. Blind bake in a 350° oven for 10 minutes. Take out and fill tins with filling and bake in a 300° convection oven for 12 minutes. Let cool & enjoy your yummy pie crust to Stay Healthy & Strong!
