Dogs can be an excellent way to help you stay healthy and fit! ⁣ Dogs can improve your heart health! They don't just fill your heart, they make it stronger by helping to lower blood pressure, reduce cholesterol, and decrease triglyceride levels!⁣ ⁣ Pooches can help keep you fit and active! Ours takes us for a 3 mile walk/run every morning on the beach. Studies show if you have a dog, you are going to walk more and be outside which can help lower your BMI, lose weight, and give you the ability to do more daily activities without limitations!⁣ ⁣ Your pup can also help you reduce stress by helping to lower your anxiety and increase levels of serotonin and dopamine that help you feel good, happy, and calm.⁣ ⁣ There are many reasons why having a can be a benefit to your health.
