The Real MVP of Super Bowl LV - High Protein Poppers!

These Jalapeno Poppers are Poppin' with Flavor, Protein, & Heat!


⁣These Super Bowl Snacks were super easy to make and a hit on Sunday so we made them again last night. We played around with some recipes we found online and made our own high protein version of these ⁣

High Protein Jalapeno Poppers Recipe:⁣


⁣Makes 6-8 Poppers


Ingredients:

6-8 jalapenos⁣

200 g of Fage Greek yogurt⁣

10 g of Sciabica's Olive Oil⁣

1/2 teaspoon of basil ⁣

1/2 teaspoon of oregano⁣

1/2 teaspoon of salt⁣

30 g Naked Nutrition Whey Protein

10 g Yellowbird hot sauce⁣

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°⁣

Clean out the jalapenos, we cut out the ribs and seeds ⁣

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl & stuff your jalapenos full⁣

Bake for 25-30 min⁣

Enjoy!
