The Real MVP of Super Bowl LV - High Protein Poppers!
These Jalapeno Poppers are Poppin' with Flavor, Protein, & Heat!

These Super Bowl Snacks were super easy to make and a hit on Sunday so we made them again last night. We played around with some recipes we found online and made our own high protein version of these
High Protein Jalapeno Poppers Recipe:

Makes 6-8 Poppers
Ingredients:
6-8 jalapenos
200 g of Fage Greek yogurt
10 g of Sciabica's Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon of basil
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of salt
30 g Naked Nutrition Whey Protein
10 g Yellowbird hot sauce
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°
Clean out the jalapenos, we cut out the ribs and seeds
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl & stuff your jalapenos full
Bake for 25-30 min
Enjoy!
