Research studies have shown there are mental health benefits to this method along with being a powerful tool for weight loss.
This is the plan I follow. I have found it to be very beneficial for me to maintain my weight and stay at the body composition I like. I drink tea in the morning and break my fast with a post-workout meal sometime between 1-2pm and cut it off around 9pm.
Over the years, I have tried carb cycling, low carb, and high protein diets. I have restricted calories so low for physique competitions and saw how unhealthy & most importantly how unsustainable this was.
