What To Expect In Your First LIVE Virtual Group Fitness Class 💫

Trying something new or stepping out of your comfort zone can be scary! 😱 But, if you know what to expect, you can feel and BE better prepared to take on whatever new challenge is set before you. ⁣🌟

🔸LIVE Virtual Group Fitness Classes are scheduled Zoom Meetings. You enter the meeting and can choose to keep your video on or off for the workout. I prefer clients to leave it on so I can see you while you move to see your form and offer modifications and challenges. ⁣👀

🔸Classes are in real time & I share my music with you so you not only hear me giving you cues, but you also hear the music. This helps to keep us all moving together! ⁣💃🏽

🔸All my classes start with a 5 minute warm-up to elevate your heart rate & warm-up your spine and core muscles. They all end with a 3-5 minute cool-down and stretch.⁣

🔸You can expect a total body workout with movements performed:⁣

👉🏼Standing such as squats, lunges, & punches⁣

👉🏼Balancing using a prop such a chair or bench such as step-ups, leg swings, calf raises, and glute lifts⁣

👉🏼Doing traditional strength training exercises such as deadlifts, squat thrusters, & reverse flyes ⁣

👉🏼Doing cardio bursts such as jumping jacks, fast feet, side shuffles, and BURPEES😅 ⁣

👉🏼On the floor doing exercises such as push-ups, planks, tricep dips, bicycles, scissor kicks, & flutters⁣

🔸All workouts can be done on your mat using just your bodyweight. Cross-training shoes or GreatSoles or ToeSox sticky socks recommend!⁣

🔸All levels are welcome & I suggest my Stretch Fusion Xpress class - Thursdays @ 9:15-9:45 am EST as this is a great beginner class! ⁣
